These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all ticket purchases for events produced, organized, or promoted by TMR EVENTS, a subsidiary of Ray Jr LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing a ticket, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by the following:

1. All Sales Final

All ticket purchases are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, weather, or personal circumstances.

2. Event Changes

The Company reserves the right to change event details (including lineup, performers, schedule, start/end times, or venue) at its sole discretion.
Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or credit.

3. Postponements & Rescheduling

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
Refunds will not be issued due to postponement or rescheduling.

4. Event Cancellation

If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, the Company may, at its discretion, issue a refund or provide a credit toward a future event.
Any refund or credit policy will be communicated directly to ticket holders.

5. Ticket Validity & Entry

Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time listed.
Unauthorized resale, duplication, or tampering may result in denial of entry without compensation.
Admission is subject to venue policies, security screenings, and compliance with posted rules.

6. Assumption of Risk

By attending the event, you voluntarily assume all risks incidental to attendance, including potential injury, illness, or property loss.
TMR EVENTS, Ray Jr LLC, affiliates, sponsors, and venue operators are not liable for any injury, damages, or loss sustained at or in connection with the event.

7. Code of Conduct

Attendees must comply with all venue rules, local laws, and event staff directions.
The Company reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual for disorderly, unsafe, or non-compliant behavior without refund.

8. Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible or liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, labor strikes, or equipment/technical failures.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, which are binding upon you.
